Returns Policy
In CARLOTA CAHIS, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@carlotacahis.com with your reason for returning, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. You’ll receive a UPS return label via email, which you'll need to print and attach to the package. Simply drop it off at a UPS Access Point, and it will be sent back to our offices. Please note, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and they match our standard shipping rates, which you can review on our Shipping Policy page.
For returns from countries with their own customes, customers are responsible for the return and the shipping costs. However, our Customer Service team is happy to assist with any questions throughout the process.
After reviewing the product and this is found in its original condition you have a right to receive a refund for your returned item. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card or PayPal account.
You can also exchange your items instead.
We aim to refund you within 10 days of having received the returned item. Refunds can then take up to 4 working days to show on your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain type of items cannot be returned such as pre orders or personalized or archive sales.
