How can I pay for my purchases?
Payment can be made by credit or debit card and with PayPal.
How much does the shipping cost and what is the delivery time?
The transportation of the items purchased in our e-shop is done through DHL and the approximate delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours. Remote areas and holidays can mean that approximately 1 day is added over the indicated periods.
Is it safe to buy in the e-shop?
In CARLOTA CAHIS we know how important it is to protect your data during the purchase process. That’s why we use a secure payment system: the encrypted exchange of data via SSL protocol of up to 256 bits and the direct communication of the client with the financial institution when paying with a bank card.
Can I change or return items?
To request a reimbursement simply fill in the return order you will find in the package of your order or/and contact Customer Service.
Please notice that returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. You dispose of 20 natural days to return your purchase. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please note that shipping cost or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Carlota Cahis.
After reviewing the product and this is found in its original condition you have a right to receive a refund for your returned item. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card or PayPal account.
