Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Please notice that:

To request a reimbursement simply fill in the document inside the package with the date, your name, the order reference (ex: #1020), and the reason for your return.

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
Please note that shipping cost or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Carlota Cahis.

After reviewing the product and this is found in its original condition you have a right to receive a refund for your returned item. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card or PayPal account. It is not possible to exchange items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
